The new dining menus are a must for anyone who enjoys the traditional dishes from this part of North-East Scotland. Local produce is used in dishes whenever possible.Menus are changed regularly and offer excellent value for money.
An example Menu is shown below. Please check with the Hotel if you require a specific Item as Menu's are subject to change.

Prawn Cocktail and Apple Coctail with a Chilli Dressing.
Wild Mushrooms on Toast with a Garlic and Cream Sauce.
Main Courses
Savoury Meatballs, Homemade Tomato Sauce and Taglitelle.
Baked Salmon Fillet, Wilted Greens with a Prawn and Lemon Butter. Chicken with a Haggis Mash and a Whisky Cream Sauce.
Mixed Vegetable and Parmesan Risotto with a Crisp Leaf Salad.
Sweets
Sticky Toffee Pudding with Ice Cream.
Chocolate and Orange Mousse with Orange Jelly.
Fruit Crumble with a Creme Anglais.
